For a DAF e-Publishing problem, use Refs → Live DAF e-Pubs → Report Broken Publication Link. Some government or managed networks may require the publication to be opened in the system browser. A reachability indicator confirms only that the server responded; always verify the PDF title page, incorporated changes, guidance memoranda, supplements, and local procedures before field use.
